The HLFR-400 Diamond Stone Wire Rewinder Machine is the diamond wire rewinder that introduces the best technology to optimize the use of ultra-thin multi-wire saw operation in the stone cutter applications. With INOVANCE PLC programmable control and precision servo-drive, this stone cutting wire tensioner keeps the perfect wire tension under digital control 0-130N. It has an integrated pay-off/take-up system that allows easy delivery of wires and a linear, flat winding on 390mm diameter reels which hold up to 50 km of 0.1-1 mm diamond wire, per spool. A maximum line speed of 300 m/min with the 400 mm winding stroke eliminates wire slack and helps eliminate saw breakages, allowing stable, high-efficiency block cutting to take place. Easy access via an ingenious, human-friendlier interface, foot-switch hydraulic reel expansion helps to change and replace rolls with ease: allowing this multi-wire saw rewinder to be a perfect asset to any modern fabrication shop helping to achieve automated, reliable wire management.
