HLMW-100/150 Super Thin Multi Wire Saw is an advanced multi wire saw that has been advanced to stone cutting to revolutionize block cutting processes with ultra-fine precision and efficiency. Developed for the purpose of processing ultra-thin stone slabs out of granite, marble, quartzite, and engineered stone, this machine uses diamond wire technology with a diameter as low as 0.3–0.8 mm. Its cutting process ensures slab yield of up to 98% thus minimizing wastage of materials and maximizing output by block.
Equipped with upgraded tension control mechanisms and a patented wire winding system, HLMW-100/150 brings stable, vibration-free operations for providing superior surface finish and limited secondary processing. As compared to the traditional gang saws or older rope saw machines, it can cut 15-20% more slabs from a block and consume 50% less power because of the reduced friction and the cutting force in the process.

Super Fine Multi-Wire Saw Machine.
This machine has a yield rate of 98.2% that produces up to 90 slabs/m with a thickness of 1.08 cm. It has 15-20 times the output of traditional gang saws and rope saws with a 90 percent reduction in stone powder emissions. The ultra-thin wire makes it cut steadily, precisely with slab flatness within a 0.3 mm range in order to create smoother surfaces and make maximum use of the available material.
