HLCM-8E80 Stone Edge Polishing Machine is an automatic high-throughput system, which is intended for continuous edge grinding and polishing of marble, granite, engineered stone, and ceramics. Built for high-throughput production, this automatic stone edge polisher employs a synchronized multi‑wheel tool carriage that ensures uniform alignment of the wheels and consistency. Fast‑change grinding heads make less downtime when you need to change an abrasive, and an advanced constant‑pressure compensation system guarantees that every edge is evenly bright without any manual intervention.
It is also compatible with commercial market grinding wheels of 30 mm interface, which reduces the cost of consumables and procurement. An integrated hovering‑alarm sensor stops working once stock of material is over, to avoid wheel damage and guarantee operator safety. Capable of complex edge geometries such as chamfers, rounds, ogees, and custom slots, the HLCM-8E80 is a valuable addition to the workshops changing from the conventional single-head routers to automated stone cutting machines.
