The HKSS -Series is a machine produced by Hualong, As a mean of extraction of minerals often used in construction, such as limestone, sand stone, laterite, etc, into Bricks.

Placed on a dual-cylinder Guide rail, offering the machine stability and flexibility
(Capable of Cross-cutting, with its thick and big rocker and swing arm structure, making the machine stable and fast when lifting the blade

the Power Connection & Operation Panel: comes From Siemens, Schneider, SANCH, all components are CE certified
Fitted with an Automatic intelligent frequency control technology, Accessible via a simple User-friendly interface for a more convenient operation, a higher accuracy of cut and an increased efficiency,
fitted with manual control joysticks(up/down control, spindle up/down control, left/right, blade cover open/ close)to operate the machine
The Blades are made with Q460C manganese Steel : a material with a very high heat tolerance, made from a heat treatment process making it difficult to deform
The cutter heads are made with Cemented carbide , which is hard, Making it very resistant to wear, heat and corrosion.

Each Set of blade can also be installed depending on the thickness of the bricks
