HLNC‑400+ is a high‑end 4‑axis bridge saw Cutting Machine , designed to be versatile, accurate to a high degree, while cutting marble, granite, quartz, and ceramic slabs or blocks. Fuelled by an Italian ESA CNC system with complete four‑axis interpolation, its 360° rotating saw head and ±45° tilt let you make straight, curved, vertical and incline cuts without reorienting your workpiece.
A heavy duty, 85 degree tilting table speeds up loading and unloading slabs, whilst the built in 2D profiling and milling features allow carving of decorative edges and contours in single pass. For intricate detail work, use the optional electro-spindle engraving module to do high-speed fine-depth 2D carvings and lettering. Whether you operate “one‑shot” cycle operations or “step‑by‑step” multi‑staged operations, HLNC‑400+ responds to both high‑volume countertop manufacture and individual architectural stone carving.
Modular add-ons: vacuum manipulators, photo-slab defect detection, vein-matching software, slab-thickness probes and tool-measuring units turn this CNC stone cutting machine into an automated production cell made for economy of waste and maximization of throughput.
