A mono-block Structure Made with a High-quality, rigid and durable Steel, easy to transport and install, and by its design all the parts are easily accessible to the operator, which makes the maintenance easier
Equipped with 2 High performance Asynchronous permanent magnet motor capable of 11000rpm, adjustable with a frequency converter, to better suit a large variety of cut parameter depending on the hardness of the stones; installed on 4 rollers making the blades rotate smoother, steadier, enhancing the machine operations safety
Very reliable Design, the motors are less prone to overheating and over pressurizing, and can be used for a long period of time without issues. It is also much quieter and at 10%-15% more economical compared to the 2QYKT Series
Its electrical components are based on PLC Technology from Siemens, with an integrated IA capable of a full autonomous operation : Cut parameter, Autonomous Control, Automatic operation surveillance; with a high Numerical dimensions and interaction adaptability, accessible to the operator through an intuitive Man-Machine Touch Screen
A high quality Hydraulic System have/has been mounted on the machine, resulting in a significant increase in the stability and a better cut result overall
The Blades are forged from High-quality material, with a cut-hole design to reduce Weight and load on the motor, reducing the power loss by about 10%
All of these factors contribute to an increase on the overall productivity, with an increase of about +10%, with a processing speed around 15sqm/h, while only needing 1USD/H to operate
