Xiamen China | March 16, 2025 – Jingyang Machinery, an industry leader in stone processing solutions, received many domestic and international professionals at the 25th Xiamen International Stone Fair. Our team interacted with exhibitors from over 30 countries, and had extensive conversation with architects, manufacturers and dealers regarding the future of precision stone cutting.
Immediately during the first day, our booth featured the HKNC-450J five-axis CNC sawing machine, which was showcased live with the ability to seamlessly alternate between bridge cuts and water jet mode. Visitors watched the machine switch effortlessly between a 26.4 kW / 350-450 mm dia. saw blade to a 37 kW KMT‑H20 JET50 pump, which produced up to 4,137 bar (60,000 psi) and maintained at 380 MPa for the fine cutting. HKNC‑450J is designed to cut perfect miters, grooves, and freeform surfaces on marble and granite slabs, 0-360° head rotation; 0-60° grinding head tilt, and is completely free from dust and heat.

This demonstration demonstrated that our fully interpolated five-axis control and automatic nesting routine can shorten the machining cycle time up to 30% with ±0.1 mm linear and angular tolerances.

Several significant groups of large stone processing plant producers from Europe and North America have placed orders of the HKNC-450J based on the compact 4150×2250 mm footprint and cutting power as decisive advantages.
